Welcome to Hye Market – Farms, Restaurant, Tasting Room, and Event Center, nestled in the heart of Texas. Our story dates back to 1860 when farming and ranching families settled in Rocky Creek, just three miles east of present-day Hye. Over the years, this vibrant community, known as Rocky, flourished with the arrival of German and Anglo settlers.
